This performance was gorgeous in so many ways: the fabulous music of Strauss and his contemporaries, the massive floral displays in the gilded Musikverein, the costumes, the clothing, and the fantastic Vienna State Ballet. It was spectacular. Even the little boys were mesmerized, and thoroughly enjoyed it.
